Propagation of Electromagnetic Wave into an Illuminated Polysilicon PV Cell

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, 2020
The increasing cohabitation between telecommunication antennas generating electromagnetic waves and solar panels poses the problem of interaction between these radio waves and solar cells. In order to study the effect of radio waves on the performance of

Database of solar radio bursts observed by solar radio spectro-polarimeter AMATERAS [PDF]

open access: yesPLANETARY RADIO EMISSIONS VIII, 2018
Observations of solar radio bursts is a useful tool to study non-thermal electron acceleration and the plasma environment in the solar corona. The radio bursts in a frequency range from 150 to 500 MHz with fine temporal and spectral resolutions (10 ms and 61 kHz) have been observed with the AMATERAS radio spectro– polarimeter installed at the Iitate ...

Analysis of type II and type III solar radio bursts

open access: yes, 2018
Solar radio burst is an arrangement of a frequency space that variation with time. Most of radio burst can be identified in low frequency range such as below 200 MHz and depending on frequencies. Solar radio bursts were the first phenomenon identified in

The Influence of Annealing on the Sb Layer in the Synthesis of [001]‐Oriented Sb2Se3 Film for Photoelectrochemical Hydrogen Gas Generation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
[001]‐oriented Sb2Se3 film with improved crystallinity and adjusted composition is achieved via a new thermal treatment approach consisting of preliminary annealing of the Sb layer before its selenization. The findings of this work demonstrate enhanced charge carriers' transportation, a stable performance, and an improvement of H2 generation from ...

Demonstration of an All‐Optical AND Gate Mediated by Photochromic Molecules

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A logic AND gate that runs on photons is demonstrated. It relies on two spatially separated photochromic molecules that work in tandem. Abstract The realization of a photonic logic AND gate, i.e. a logic AND gate that runs on photons rather than electrons, and where all steps are controlled by light, is demonstrated. In a proof‐of‐principle experiment,
