Robust and Tailored 1D/3D Heterojunction for Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells
This study successfully established a robust 1D/3D heterojunction, characterized by a stable 1D phase, favorable lattice matching, strong interface binding, and effective defect passivation. The resulting epitaxial perovskite film demonstrates preferential vertical orientation of (100) facets, thereby facilitating carriers’ transport and stress relief.

The main focus of this paper was to propose control algorithm for efficient tracking of solar radiation for a field controlled DC servomotor positioned photovoltaic (PV) module. The Ziegler-Nichols, pole placement and linear quadratic regulator approaches were utilized for this study and the results were successfully simulated using MATLAB 2010a.

. ABSTRACT Colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) based on II–V semiconductors offer attractive optical absorption and carrier transport properties for infrared optoelectronics, yet their device‐relevant electronic behavior remains poorly understood. In particular, Cd3P2 CQDs have been constrained by limited control over nanocrystal growth and carrier polarity.
