Air-Stable and Solution-Processable Perovskite Photodetectors for Solar-Blind UV and Visible Light.

Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, 2015
Stable perovskite CH3NH3PbI3-xClx for a photodetector was prepared through spin-coating of a fluorous polymer as a light protection layer. The best responsivity of photodetector was 14.5 A/W to white light and 7.85 A/W for solar-blind UV light (λ = 254 ...

SORCE solar UV irradiance results

Advances in Space Research, 2006
Abstract The Solar Radiation and Climate Experiment, SORCE, was launched in January 2003 and is now making the first comprehensive measurement of solar irradiance including both Total Solar Irradiance, TSI, together with spectral irradiance covering almost the entire electromagnetic spectrum of the Sun. The SORCE spectral observations extend from 0.1

Effect of cesium chloride modification on the film morphology and UV-induced stability of planar perovskite solar cells

, 2016
The interface modification of perovskite thin films has shown great potential to boost the performance of perovskite solar cells during the last few years. Here we demonstrate that cesium chloride (CsCl) as crystal seeds can markedly enhance the coverage

Effects of solar UV-B radiation on aquatic ecosystems

Advances in Space Research, 1997
Solar UV degrades dissolved organic carbon photolytically so that they can readily be taken up by bacterioplankton. On the other hand solar UV radiation inhibits bacterioplankton activity. Bacterioplankton productivity is far greater than previously thought and is comparable to phytoplankton primary productivity.

High resolution UV solar spectroscopy

Space Science Reviews, 1978
The advantages of high resolution UV spectroscopy for the investigation of the solar atmosphere are stressed while the limitations in the areas of instrumentation and diagnosis are discussed. The recent achievements (made essentially by Skylab, OSO-8 and rocket instruments) are reviewed and discussed.

Observations of solar UV and EUV variability

Advances in Space Research, 1988
Abstract Solar radiation at wavelengths below 300 nm is almost completely absorbed by the earth's middle and upper atmosphere. Small variations in the solar UV and EUV flux may produce concomitant atmospheric changes. During the past 11 years, major improvements in satellite observations, especially at wavelengths longward of Lyman-α (121.6 nm), have
