Molten‐Salt‐Mediated Chemical Looping Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Ethane with In‐Situ Carbon Capture and Utilization

open access: yesChemSusChem, Volume 18, Issue 6, March 15, 2025.
A sustainable alternative to steam cracking, the molten‐salt‐mediated oxidative dehydrogenation (MM‐ODH) of ethane (C2H6) in Li2CO3‐Na2CO3‐K2CO3 (LNK) couples thermal cracking with melt‐mediated CO2 capture to realize commercially competitive C2H4 and CO yields. LNK composition strongly influences MM‐ODH process outcomes.

Coverings of solenoids and automorphisms of semigroup C*-algebras

open access: yesУчёные записки Казанского университета: Серия Физико-математические науки, 2018
The paper deals with finite-sheeted covering mappings onto the C*-adic solenoids and limit endomorphisms of semigroup C*-algebras. The aim of our exposition is two-fold: firstly, to present the results concerning the above-mentioned mappings and ...
