Solid State Primary Batteries

1985

The distinction is that whereas the majority of batteries utilize a liquid electrolyte, the solid state battery must incorporate a solid, ionically conducting phase as the electrolyte. Solid state batteries have been the subject of recent review articles (1, 2).
