Engineered Mesenchymal Stem Cell–NK Cell Complexes for Spatially Targeted and Functionally Revitalized Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
IL‐15‐engineered stem cell–NK cell complexes, assembled via bioorthogonal chemistry, enable effective lung cancer immunotherapy. Abstract Natural killer (NK) cells represent a powerful immunotherapeutic strategy due to their intrinsic cytotoxicity and ability to target tumor cells independently of antigen presentation.

Cellular Snowballing: Cell Adhesion and Migration Drive the Self‐Assembly of Cell‐Microgel Biohybrid Spheroids

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A new class of biohybrid spheroids is engineered through the self‐assembly of adherent cells and extracellular matrix‐mimetic hydrogel microparticles (microgels). By mimicking a snowballing effect, this approach enables scalable formation of porous, millimeter‐scale spheroids with enhanced cell viability and molecular diffusion.

PET Imaging of Cardiac Inflammation in Viral Myocarditis Using a DPP4‐Targeted Probe

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study describes a DPP4‐targeted PET probe for imaging myocardial inflammation by selectively targeting activated immune cells. Derived from the clinically approved small‐molecule inhibitor linagliptin, the probe demonstrates favorable biodistribution with specific cardiac uptake in myocarditis.

Development of a cryogenic duplexer for solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance

Review of Scientific Instruments, 2009
To fully appreciate sensitivity enhancement achievable by reducing thermal noise at the detection coil for nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), a duplexer operational at low temperature is required. In this work, we developed a cryogenic duplexer that can work below 50 K using GaAs diodes and rf-microelectrical mechanical systems switches. As the observed

Solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance investigations on chlorocyclophosphazenes

Solid State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, 1995
The present study deals with solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) investigations on hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (N3P3Cl6) and T and K form of octachlorocyclotetraphosphazene (N4P4Cl8). Using 31P NMR we have recorded spectra of different magic-angle spinning (MAS) frequencies and static powder spectra.
