Overview of Extensively Employed Polymeric Carriers in Solid Dispersion Technology
Solid dispersion is the preferred technology to prepare efficacious forms of BCS class-II/IV APIs. To prepare solid dispersions, there exist a wide variety of polymeric carriers with interesting physicochemical and thermochemical characteristics ...

Oncofetal Chondroitin Sulfate: A Putative Therapeutic Target in Adult and Pediatric Solid Tumors
Solid tumors remain a major challenge for targeted therapeutic intervention strategies such as antibody-drug conjugates and immunotherapy. At a minimum, clear and actionable solid tumor targets have to comply with the key biological requirement of being ...

Let \(\tau = (n_ i)_{i \in I}\) be a type and \((f_ i)_{i \in I}\) operation symbols such that the arity of \(f_ i\) is \(n_ i\). Let \(W_ \tau(X)\) be the set of all terms of type \(\tau\) in an alphabet \(X\). A map \(\sigma: (f_ i)_{i \in I} \to W_{\tau}(X)\) is a hypersubstitution.

The clinical role of the TME in solid cancer
The highly complex and heterogenous ecosystem of a tumour not only contains malignant cells, but also interacting cells from the host such as endothelial cells, stromal fibroblasts, and a variety of immune cells that control tumour growth and invasion ...

Quantitative Analysis of Industrial Solid Waste Based on Terahertz Spectroscopy
Industrial solid waste refers to the solid waste that is produced in industrial production activities. Without correct treatment and let-off, industrial solid waste may cause environmental pollution due to a variety of pollutants and toxic substances ...

M-strongly solid monoids of generalized hypersubstitutions of type τ = (2) [PDF]
The purpose of this paper is to characterize M-strongly solid monoids of generalized hypersubstitutions of type τ=(2) which is the extension of M-solid monoids of hypersubstitutions of the same type.

An identity \(t\approx t'\) of terms of any type \(\tau\) is called a hyperidentity for an algebra of type \(\tau\) if \(t\approx t'\) holds identically for every choice of \(n\)-ary term operations to represent \(n\)-ary operation symbols occurring in \(t\) and \(t'\).

The Order of Hypersubstitutions of Type (2,1)
Hypersubstitutions are mappings which map operation symbols to terms of the corresponding arities. They were introduced as a way of making precise the concept of a hyperidentity and generalizations to 𝑀-hyperidentities.

Diffusion on a solid surface: Anomalous is normal [PDF]
We present a numerical study of classical particles diffusing on a solid surface. The particles' motion is modeled by an underdamped Langevin equation with ordinary thermal noise.

ALL PRE-SOLID VARIETIES OF SEMIRINGS
In J. Algebra 248, No. 1, 107--117 (2002; Zbl 1002.16041), the authors classified all solid varieties of semirings. Here they generalize this result by describing all pre-solid varieties of semirings. There are 13 pre-solid varieties of semirings and they form a non-modular sublattice in the lattice of all semiring varieties.
