Brain‐Wide Mapping and Synaptic Localization of C1QL3 Using a Novel Epitope‐Tagged Knock‐In Mouse
C1QL3 is a secreted adhesion molecule that acts as a key regulator of synaptic structure and function. We generated and validated a novel epitope‐tagged knock‐in mouse line (C1ql32HA) in which two hemagglutinin (HA) epitopes were inserted near the N‐terminus of the endogenous C1QL3 protein.

Intrathecal ARTN‐Fc treatment attenuates TLR4/NF‐κB‐associated neuroinflammation, promotes microglia/macrophage polarization towards an anti‐inflammatory phenotype, and improves functional recovery after spinal cord injury. ARTN‐Fc also modulates inhibitory/excitatory synaptic marker expression in the L4–L5 spinal dorsal horn, which may contribute to ...

Maternal propranolol as a safe alternative to invasive fetal surgery in chorioangioma management
ABSTRACT Chorioangiomas are associated with a significant risk of fetal demise due to high‐output cardiac failure. Standard invasive treatment, including fetoscopic laser photocoagulation and intratumoral embolization, shows limited success and has high fetal mortality rates.

Schematic overview of progression from differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) to anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC). ATC primarily develops via two pathways: the BRAF p.V600E‐mutated papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) pathway and the RAS‐mutated pathway. The origin and progression of BRAF/RAS‐wildtype ATC remain unclear.
