A heuristic approach to soliton–soliton resonant interaction
Physica Scripta, 1993An intuitive model that describes the resonant interaction of solitons that are defined by the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation is presented. The model is based on a geometrical interpretation of the interaction and some fundamental properties of solitons.
