Exact soliton solutions for the core of dispersion-managed solitons
Physical Review E, 2003We consider the averaged dispersion-managed (DM) fiber system equation, which governs the dynamics of the core of the DM solitons. For a special case of such a system equation, we derive the exact soliton solutions using the Darboux transformation. Further, we discuss the interaction scenario between two neighboring solitons.

The soliton solutions and combined solutions of a high-dimensional wave soliton equation
Physica Scripta, 2022Abstract In this paper, a high-dimensional wave soliton equation is considered and the simple Hirota method and bilinear backlund transformation are applied to construct the new soliton solutions, lump soliton solutions, breather solutions and their combined solutions.

From rogue wave solution to solitons
Physical Review E, 2023Using a generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation, we investigate the transformation of a fundamental rogue wave solution to a collection of solitons. Taking the third-order dispersion, self-steepening, and Raman-induced self-frequency shift as the generalizing effects, we systematically observe how a fundamental rogue wave has an impact on its ...

Solutions to linear wave equations can always be expressed as a superposition of special solutions called plane waves. Some solutions to an important class of nonlinear wave equations can be thought of as a superposition of special solutions called solitons. In this paper, we present a simple method for generating these special soliton solutions.

DUALISM IN THE SOLITON SOLUTION THEORY
Žurnal vyčislitelʹnoj matematiki i matematičeskoj fizikiThe article is dedicated to dualism of the soliton solution theories and solutions of functional differential point form equations. The basics of the formalism of such dualism are presented with the central element being the idea of soliton bunch and the
