ABSTRACT Objective Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) is a devastating neurological disease that lacks serological biomarkers that can accurately reflect disease activity. We established a live cell‐based assay (LCBA) using serum with endogenous complement to quantify the overall cytotoxicity, offering a novel functional tool for monitoring

Boundary‐Dependent Sleep–Wake Dysregulation in Idiopathic Hypersomnia
ABSTRACT Objective Idiopathic hypersomnia (IH) presents with excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) despite apparently preserved nocturnal sleep, challenging traditional models of hypersomnolence based on sleep loss or fragmentation. We aimed to test the hypothesis that EDS in IH reflects excessive stabilization of the sleep state, consistent with ...

Diffusion Basis Spectrum Imaging of Tissue Microstructure and Early Treatment in Multiple Sclerosis
ABSTRACT Objective Conventional MRI cannot resolve the coexisting pathological processes within multiple sclerosis tissue. Diffusion Basis Spectrum Imaging decomposes the diffusion signal into fiber, cell, and hindered ratios indexing axonal integrity, cellularity, and extracellular space, respectively.

Some properties of convolution and spherical analysis on the Euclidean motion group
The Euclidean motion group G = S E(n) is a non-commutative and non-compact solvable Lie group which may also be referred to as an affine group of rigid motions on Rn realized as G = Rn x SO(n).

The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.

On the characters of exponential solvable Lie groups [PDF]
Let \(G\) be a connected, simply connected solvable, exponential Lie group with Lie algebra \(\mathfrak g\). Let the Jordan-Hölder sequence \(\mathfrak g_{\mathbb C}=\mathfrak f_ m\supset \ldots \supset\mathfrak f_0=\{0\}\) have the property that if \(\overline{\mathfrak f}_j\neq \mathfrak f_j\), then \(\overline{\mathfrak f}_{j-1}=\mathfrak f_{j-1 ...

A unified research data management framework for heterogeneous materials data is presented. The system integrates multimodal datasets using ontologies and knowledge graphs, enabling interoperability and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) data principles. By linking data across scales and workflows, it supports reproducible, Artifitial

Geodesics and magnetic curves in the 4-dim almost Kähler model space F4
We study geodesics and magnetic trajectories in the model space F4{{\rm{F}}}^{4}. The space F4{{\rm{F}}}^{4} is isometric to the 4-dim simply connected Riemannian 3-symmetric space due to Kowalski. We describe the solvable Lie group model of F4{{\rm{F}}}^

A Knowledge‐Based Approach for Understanding and Managing Additive Manufacturing Data
Additive manufacturing processes generate a large amount of data. Effectively managing, understanding, and retrieving information from this data remains a major challenge. Therefore, we propose an ontology‐based approach to integrate heterogeneous data, enable semantic queries, and support decision‐making.
