Flexible Gold Electrodes with Enhanced Adhesion and Electrochemical Performance via Silane‐Modified PDMS for Bioelectronics

A surface modification technique allows for the direct deposition of gold onto polydimethylsiloxane without using metallic adhesion layers. Through plasma activation and silane chemistry, the resulting electrodes demonstrate excellent adhesion, low resistance, and high electrochemical performance in wet conditions.
