Araştırmanın örneklemi tesadüfi olmayan örnekleme türlerinden elverişlilik örneklemi kullanılarak internet ve sosyal medya üzerinden ulaşılan 138 gebe kadından oluşmaktadır.

, 2009 Bu çalışmanın amacı, Malecki, Demaray ve Elliot tarafından geliştirilmiş olan “Çocuk ve Ergenler İçin Sosyal Destek Ölçeği”nin Türkçeye uyarlanmasıdır [1]. Çalışma, İstanbul’da bulunan 11 ilköğretim okulunda yürütülmüştür. Çalışmaya ilköğretim 5.,6., 7. ve 8. sınıflardan 754 kız, 763 erkek, toplam 1517 öğrenci katılmıştır.
