ABSTRACT Background Accessing brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can be challenging, especially for underserved patients, which may lead to disparities in neurological diagnosis. Method This mixed‐methods study enrolled adults with one of four neurological disorders: mild cognitive impairment or dementia of the Alzheimer type, multiple sclerosis ...

Vestibular Patient Journey: Insights From Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA) Registry
ABSTRACT Objective Vestibular symptoms impose a high burden of disability. Understanding real‐world diagnostic and treatment pathways can identify care gaps and guide interventions. We aimed to characterize symptom profiles, diagnostic trends, provider involvement, and treatment patterns in vestibular disorders.

Elevated Connectivity During Language Processing Is Associated With Cognitive Performance in SeLECTS
ABSTRACT Objective Self‐Limited Epilepsy with Centrotemporal Spikes (SeLECTS) is associated with language impairments despite seizures originating in the motor cortex, suggesting aberrant cross‐network interactions. Here we tested whether functional connectivity in SeLECTS during language tasks predicts language performance.

Reciprocity and the Prediction of the Apparent Sound Reduction Index for Lightweight Structures According to EN12354 [PDF]
EN12354 makes use of reciprocity to cancel the radiation efficiency terms from the equations used to predict the apparent sound reduction index. The use of reciprocity works well for the application of EN12354 to massive, concrete structures with diffuse wave fields and with critical frequencies below the frequency range of interest.

Objective Several case reports have proposed a potential association between COVID‐19 vaccination and the subsequent development of idiopathic inflammatory myositis (IIM). This study examined prior COVID‐19 vaccination in US veterans who developed new‐onset IIM compared to those without new‐onset IIM.
