MGM as a Large‐Scale Pretrained Foundation Model for Microbiome Analyses in Diverse Contexts
We present the Microbial General Model (MGM), a transformer‐based foundation model pretrained on over 260,000 microbiome samples. MGM learns contextualized microbial representations via self‐supervised language modeling, enabling robust transfer learning, cross‐regional generalization, keystone taxa discovery, and prompt‐guided generation of realistic,

Modelling and Predictions of Isothermal Flow Inside the Closed Rotor-Stator System [PDF]
This paper describes the numerical predictions of isothermal closed rotor-stator flows. Steady-state finite-difference solutions are sought for two gap ratios and two rotational Reynolds number in the axisymmetric cylindrical polar coordinate frame of ...

In middle age, testicular CMKLR1⁺ macrophages exhibited a pro‐inflammatory immunometabolic profile, mediated by adipose signals associated with high BMI. However, inhibition of CMKLR1 signaling, either through Cmklr1 genetic ablation or treatment with a CMKLR1 antagonist peptide, can reverse this phenotype.

Membrane‐Mediated Force Transduction Drives Stick‐Slip Motion of Lipid Vesicles
A rotating magnetic field actuates a ferromagnetic particle inside a lipid vesicle, generating internal flows that induce stick‐slip propulsion near a surface. Membrane properties—elasticity, excess area, and phase behavior—modulate this motion by shaping stress dissipation and force transduction.
