Employing Source Code Quality Analytics for Enriching Code Snippets Data
The availability of code snippets in online repositories like GitHub has led to an uptick in code reuse, this way further supporting an open-source component-based development paradigm.

An approach to software maintenance support using a syntactic source code analyser data base : this thesis is presented in a partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Arts in Computer Science at Massey University [PDF]
In this thesis, the development of a software maintenance tool called a syntactic source code analyser (SSCA) is summarised. An SSCA supports other maintenance tools which interact with source code by creating a data base of source information which has ...

Polar codes for distributed source coding [PDF]
A polar coding method to construct a distributed source coding scheme which can achieve any point on the dominant face of the Slepian‐Wolf rate region for sources with uniform marginals is proposed.

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Efficient Call Path Detection for Android-OS Size of Huge Source Code
Today most developers utilize source code written by other parties. Because the code is modified frequently, the developers need to grasp the impact of the modification repeatedly.

Polar codes are optimal for lossy source coding [PDF]
We consider lossy source compression of a binary symmetric source using polar codes and the low-complexity successive encoding algorithm. It was recently shown by Arikan that polar codes achieve the capacity of arbitrary symmetric binary-input discrete memoryless channels under a successive decoding strategy.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Automated Authorship Identification of Program Code Based on a Metric System
The paper reviews existing methods for automated program code authorship attribution and then proposes an original method based on a system of metrics. The proposed method uses a metric system grounded in the “fingerprinting” technique.

Performance of polar codes for channel and source coding [PDF]
Polar codes, introduced recently by Arıkan, are the first family of codes known to achieve capacity of symmetric channels using a low complexity successive cancellation decoder. Although these codes, combined with successive cancellation, are optimal in this respect, their finite-length performance is not record breaking.
