Using photovoice to understand community perceptions of firearm risks and protective factors among Asian Americans

Abstract This study used photovoice methodology to explore Asian Americans' perspectives on the root causes and protective factors of firearm violence in their communities. Photovoice provided a participatory platform for community members to document lived experiences and identify priorities for change.

Evaluating the (comparative) safety profile of the novel oral polio vaccine type 2 using individual case safety reports in VigiBase

Aim Novel oral polio vaccine type 2 (nOPV2) was used under the WHO emergency use listing for circulating vaccine‐derived polio virus (cVDPV) outbreaks from 2021 to 2023. We assessed nOPV2 adverse events following immunization (AEFIs) and compared its safety profile to other vaccines using VigiBase.

To investigate the catches of jack mackerel fishery, a series of fishing experiments was conducted in the high seas of the southeastern Pacific Ocean () during the period of 9 August to 18 December, 2003 by commercial fishing vessel and research vessel. The number of 205 tows fishing was carried out in the southeastern Pacific Ocean.
