ABSTRACT Climate change is making water availability more uncertain, with growing consequences for the productivity and long‐term sustainability of tropical and subtropical fruit orchards. Mangifera indica L. and Persea americana Mill. both require large amounts of water to sustain growth and productivity.

ABSTRACT To explore the real effect of banking globalisation on bank liquidity creation, we investigate plausibly exogenous variations in the expectation of further banking globalisation under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), which further opens the gate to foreign investors.

The Single, the Whole, and the Pooled: Implications of Tissue Choice for Stable Isotope Analysis
ABSTRACT In the exciting era of non‐invasive tissue sampling and data reuse via open access databases, it is increasingly challenging to ensure comparability of sample types for stable isotope analysis in ecology. According to the theoretical predictions about the changes in the stable isotope values between prey and consumers and tissue turnover rates,

The Impacts of Southwest Indian Ocean Tropical Cyclones on Transient Weather in Réunion
Tropical cyclones which make passage near Réunion can have significant impacts on transient weather relative to long‐term means on the island. In this paper, these impacts were determined by a topological analysis of non‐landfalling tropical cyclones. The relationship between storm intensity, distance, duration, and seasonality plays an equal role in ...

Observed Linkages Between Marine Heatwaves and Extreme Weather Over Land: A New Zealand Case Study
Marine heatwaves consistently warm New Zealand's land surface, but rainfall impacts occur only when synoptic systems enable moisture transport. This 38‐year analysis shows MHWs act as thermodynamic background drivers of heat and conditional amplifiers of extreme rainfall events or droughts.
