Regulation of space activities: 1958-1963
Stagnation in the development of the process of regulation of relations in outer space and on celestial bodies as well as a large number of gaps and contradictions in this area along with impressive technical progress in the field of space activities ...

Activity pulses induce spontaneous flow reversals in viscoelastic environments [PDF]
Complex interactions between cellular systems and their surrounding extracellular matrices are emerging as important mechanical regulators of cell functions such as proliferation, motility, and cell death, and such cellular systems are often characterized by pulsating acto-myosin activities.

States' Responsibility to Operate Small Satellites in International Space Law [PDF]
Many of the space applications that previously required the use of large, complex and expensive satellites have now been made possible by very small satellites due to the development of technology. The applicable international laws and regulations, which

While bacterial swarms can exhibit active turbulence in vacant spaces, they naturally inhabit crowded environments. We numerically show that driving disorderly active fluids through porous media enhances Darcy's law. While purely active flows average to zero flux, hybrid active/driven flows display greater drift than pure-driven fluids.

Strong Electron Correlation in Nitrogenase Cofactor, FeMoco [PDF]
FeMoco, MoFe$_7$S$_9$C, has been shown to be the active catalytic site for the reduction of nitrogen to ammonia in the nitrogenase protein. An understanding of its electronic structure including strong electron correlation is key to designing mimic catalysts capable of ambient nitrogen fixation. Active spaces ranging from [54, 54] to [65, 57] have been

Modern Views on Criminal Liability for Crimes in Outer Space [PDF]
The article attempts to answer the following questions: What criminal law, if any, is applied in outer space when a crime is committed there? How will the issues of demarcation of criminal jurisdiction be resolved?

Coloring Deep CNN Layers with Activation Hue Loss [PDF]
This paper proposes a novel hue-like angular parameter to model the structure of deep convolutional neural network (CNN) activation space, referred to as the {\em activation hue}, for the purpose of regularizing models for more effective learning. The activation hue generalizes the notion of color hue angle in standard 3-channel RGB intensity space to $
