Journal of Construction Engineering and Management, 2006
The construction space scheduling problem has received relatively little attention from researchers and practitioners. We now have sophisticated methods of planning and analyzing the sequence of tasks within the work breakdown structure through time, but the problem of planning where on site those tasks are to be executed is not well-supported ...

Analysis on Aggregation Function Spaces
International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, 2014In many decision-making problems, different methods usually yield different results. In this paper, we study all possible rankings of alternatives produced by applying a set of aggregation functions on a decision matrix. Those possible rankings depend on the aggregation functions that we use and the structures of the decision matrix.

A survey is given of present-day analysis, from an editorial point of view, and suggests that though techniques have changed in order to meet the challenges of modern technological advances and materials, the fundamental character of analytical research and its publication has not.

Analysis of Space-Space-Space Clos-Network Packet Switch
2009 Proceedings of 18th International Conference on Computer Communications and Networks, 2009The throughput of a packet switch is a major switch property, and therefore, of major interest to analyze it. An approximation of the throughput of a staged random selection algorithm with a single iteration under uniform for a three-stage Clos-network packet switch, also called a Space- Space-Space (S 3 ) Clos-network packet switch, has been recently ...

Population analysis of space travelers
Life Sciences in Space Research, 2020Although many space missions have been completed in the last 60 years, space exploration is still technologically and medically challenging. While large-scale medical studies are impossible in space travelers, meta-analysis allows combining data from small crews that participated in space missions over several decades.

Analysis on Regular Corner Spaces
The Journal of Geometric Analysis, 2021The paper is devoted to the differential and pseudo-differential calculus on spaces with singular geometry. In particular, a new approach of treating elliptic boundary value problems (BVPs) on manifolds with boundary and regular corners, up to singularity order 2 is established.

The analysis of space use patterns
Journal of Theoretical Biology, 1979In this paper we describe and test a new method for characterizing the space use patterns of individual animals on the basis of successive locations of marked individuals. Existing methods either do not describe space use in probabilistic terms, e.g. the maximum distance between locations or the area of the convex hull of all locations, or they assume ...

Analysis on Loop Spaces and Topology
Mathematical Notes, 2002This is a survey paper on analysis on loop spaces and topology, important for topology and quantum field theory. The survey consists of the following sections, whose titles describe the content of the paper: Sobolev cohomology of loop spaces; Stochastic Chen-Souriau cohomologies; The De Rham-Hodge-Kodaira decomposition; Quotients of loop groups and ...
