The interception of vagueness in occurrence of plants modeling with using map algebra

open access: yesActa Universitatis Agriculturae et Silviculturae Mendelianae Brunensis, 2009
Information plays an important role in process of decision-making. Information and communication technologies give to the decision-makers not only relevant information, but they help in their interpretation.

Functional analysis on normed spaces: the Banach space comparison

open access: yesTheory and Applications of Categories, 2007
Summary: It is the aim of this paper to compute the category of Eilenberg--Moore algebras for the monad arising from the dual unit-ball functor on the category of (semi)normed spaces. We show that this gives rise to a stronger algebraic structure than the totally convex one obtained from the closed unit ball functor on the category of Banach spaces.

ELEMENTAL AND TOPOGRAPHIC MAPPING OF LAVA FLOWSTRUCTURES IN MARE SERENITATIS ON THE MOON [PDF]

open access: yesThe International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences, 2017
The detection of lunar lava flows based on local morphology highly depends on the available images. The thickness of lava flows, however, has been studied by many researchers and lunar lava flows are shown to be as thick as 200 m.

Relatively-Paired Space Analysis [PDF]

open access: yesProcedings of the British Machine Vision Conference 2013, 2013
Discovering a latent common space between different modalities plays an important role in cross-modality pattern recognition. Existing techniques often require absolutelypaired observations as training data, and are incapable of capturing more general semantic relationships between cross-modality observations. This greatly limits their applications. In

Evaluating the Accuracy of Two Mixed Dentition Space Analysis Methods and Developing Modified Equations for an Iranian Population: A Cross-Sectional Study [PDF]

open access: yesIranian Journal of Orthodontics
Aim: Common mixed dentition space analysis methods, such as Moyers and Tanaka-Johnston, may not be accurate for all populations. Therefore, the current study aimed to assess the applicability of these methods to Iranians and develop customized equations ...

Comparative Drug Response Profiling in Neuroblastoma Cell Lines and Patient‐Derived Tumor Organoids

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT High‐risk neuroblastoma remains a leading cause of pediatric cancer mortality, and improved preclinical models are needed to guide therapeutic developments. We screened seven high‐risk neuroblastoma cell lines and three patient‐derived tumor organoids with 528 compounds alongside bone marrow controls, and compared them with external datasets ...
