Engineered Multifunctional Hydrogel Delivering Novel CBX7 Inhibitor Modulates Cuproptosis Via Liquid–Liquid Phase Separation to Restore Cardiac Function in Aged Myocardial Infarction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An age‐adapted therapy pairs δ‐Amyrenone, a CBX7 inhibitor, with an alginate hydrogel (CSAδ) to rescue infarcted elderly hearts. CSAδ disrupts CBX7–ATP7A liquid–liquid phase separation, restores ATP7A trafficking and copper efflux, suppresses cuproptosis, supplies oxygen, scavenges ROS, promotes M2 polarization, supports angiogenesis, and enhances ...

Exploring the Effects of the Spatial Distribution of Catalytic Sites on Sulfur Nucleation Behaviors and Electrochemical Performances of Lithium–Sulfur Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The effects of catalytic site distributions on Li2S nucleation behaviors and electrochemical performances in lithium–sulfur batteries are systematically explored. This study demonstrates how tailoring the spatial arrangement of catalytic sites can control sulfur deposition behavior, leading to enhanced battery performances.

Synergistic Ni‐Co Metal Nodes in a Conjugated MOF‐Modified Separator for High‐Performance Lithium‐Sulfur Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this work, the employment of cMOFs is reported as modified materials for LSB separators. It is proved that cMOF with in‐plane d‐π conjugation is a good barrier layer for constructing high‐performance LSBs. Through a series of in situ and non in situ electrochemical examinations, LSB assembled with Ni1.35Co1.65(HHTP)2 separator exhibits excellent ...
