A space-fed phase array for surveillance from space
Proceedings of the 1991 IEEE National Radar Conference, 1991A space-fed radar antenna called a venetian blind is proposed for all-weather wide-area surveillance from space. Radar requirements for tasked and untasked operation are discussed, and the process of selecting the venetian blind concept, which can support both, is described.

The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 1989A space surveillance apparatus includes at least one source of sonic radiation driven by a driver circuit as well as a processing or evaluation circuit. Upon movement of an object, or presence of a foreign object within a monitored space, the processing circuit triggers an alarm signal.
