This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

Asymmetrical Six-Phase Space Vector Pwm Scheme
Multiphase electric motors have smaller torque pulsations and are more reliable that their three-phase alternatives. However, standard electricity grids around the world are three-phase, so power inverter is needed to drive multiphase motors. Inverter is

On computation of the first Baues--Wirsching cohomology of a freely-generated small category
The Baues--Wirsching cohomology is one of the cohomologies of a small category. Our aim is to describe the first Baues--Wirsching cohomology of the small category generated by a finite quiver freely.

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Generalized Runge-Lenz Vector in Taub-Nut Spinning Space
The generalized Killing equations and the symmetries of Taub-NUT spinning space are investigated. For spinless particles the Runge-Lenz vector defines a constant of motion directly, whereas for spinning particles it now requires a non-trivial ...

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Generalized space vector controls for MLZSI
This paper proposes two advanced algorithms for multilevel Z-source inverter (MLZSI), which employ space vector control (SVC) as control algorithm of cascaded H-bridge multilevel Z-source inverter; where output voltage is achieved by summing the output ...
