Predictive Control With Discrete Space-Vector Modulation of Vienna Rectifier for Driving PMSG of Wind Turbine Systems

open access: yesIEEE transactions on power electronics, 2019
This paper proposes the predictive control with the discrete space-vector modulation (DSVM) for Vienna rectifier connecting to the permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) of the wind turbine system (WTS).

Induction motor harmonic reduction using space vector modulation algorithm

open access: yesBulletin of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, 2020
The vector control was proposed as an alternative to the scalar control for AC machines control. Vector control provide high operation performance in steady state and transient operation. However, the variable switching frequency of vector control causes

CDK11 inhibition induces cytoplasmic p21WAF1 splice variant by p53 stabilisation and SF3B1 inactivation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CDK11 inhibition stabilises the tumour suppressor p53 and triggers the production of an alternative p21WAF1 splice variant p21L, through the inactivation of the spliceosomal protein SF3B1. Unlike the canonical p21WAF1 protein, p21L is localised in the cytoplasm and has reduced cell cycle‐blocking activity.

Performance enhancement of direct torque control induction motor drive using space vector modulation strategy

open access: yesElectrical engineering & Electromechanics, 2022
Purpose. The main objective of this work is to demonstrate the advantages brought by the use of space vector modulation technique in the direct torque control of the induction motor. To achieve this purpose, two different direct torque control approaches

Class IIa HDACs forced degradation allows resensitization of oxaliplatin‐resistant FBXW7‐mutated colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
HDAC4 is degraded by the E3 ligase FBXW7. In colorectal cancer, FBXW7 mutations prevent HDAC4 degradation, leading to oxaliplatin resistance. Forced degradation of HDAC4 using a PROTAC compound restores drug sensitivity by resetting the super‐enhancer landscape, reprogramming the epigenetic state of FBXW7‐mutated cells to resemble oxaliplatin ...

Development of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation Rectifier Test Platform

open access: yesJournal of Isotopes, 2021
This thesis is based on the development of high-power special frequency transformer. The software algorithm of high power rectifier is studied. The voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control mode is determined to achieve the rectifier ...

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve
