Modular space‐vector pulse‐width modulation for nine‐switch converters [PDF]
Recently, nine‐switch inverter (NSI) has been presented as a dual‐output inverter with constant frequency (CF) or different frequency (DF) operation modes. However, the CF mode is more interesting because of its lower switching device rating. This study proposes a new space‐vector modulation (SVM) method for the NSI that supports both the CF and DF ...

Integer factor based SVPWM approach for multilevel inverters with continuous and discontinuous switching sequences [PDF]
The most extensively employed strategy to control the AC output of power electronic inverters is the pulse width modulation (PWM) strategy. Since three decades modulation hypothesis continues to draw considerable attention and interest of researchers ...

Multiphase space vector pulse width modulation
Pole-phase modulation adjusts the pole-phase ratio of an induction machine and requires a multileg, multiphase inverter. This paper analyzes an n-leg, n-phase inverter, and presents techniques for n-phase space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). In particular, nine-phase SVPWM is developed and implemented on a nine winding induction machine.

A novel simplified multilevel space vector pulse-width modulation (SVM) scheme is proposed based on the two-level SVM. The voltage vectors with same amplitude and phase angle are applied to the various power units of cascaded multilevel inverter (CMLI), and the refresh times of various vectors are delayed in order, thus the corresponding multilevel ...
