Development of Shunt Active Power Filter for Harmonic Reduction using Synchronous Reference Frame with Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation

open access: yes, 2020
The work aims at development of Shunt Active Power Filter (SAPF) for harmonic reduction. The current harmonics are being caused by nonlinear characteristic of power electronics based equipments which increase power losses and in turn reduce power quality.

A neutral-point potential balancing control method with third harmonic injected pulse width modulation for three-level converters

open access: yesEnergy Reports, 2022
The unbalance of neutral-point potential (NPP) is an important problem in three-level converter. This paper proposes a neutral-point potential balancing control method with the third harmonic injected pulse width modulation (PWM) for three-level ...

Memorized approach for implementation of space vector pulse width modulation [PDF]

open access: yesPeriodicals of Engineering and Natural Sciences (PEN), 2019
Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation, SV-PWM, is an efficient technique for dc to ac voltage conversion through an inverter of power electronics devices. This paper presents a proposed memorized approach for SV-PWM implementation. The work bases on storing six symmetric pattern formats of space vector in a memory structure.

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.
