Improved Variational Bayes for Space-Time Adaptive Processing

open access: yesEntropy
To tackle the challenge of enhancing moving target detection performance in environments characterized by small sample sizes and non-uniformity, methods rooted in sparse signal reconstruction have been incorporated into Space-Time Adaptive Processing ...

QBP1 Peptide as a Potential Anti‐Amyloidogenic Therapy for Type 2 Diabetes: An In Vitro Study

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The anti‐amyloidogenic peptide QBP1 effectively halts human islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP) aggregation, preventing the formation of toxic β‐structured intermediates. Through a combination of biophysical assays, molecular dynamics, and cell‐based studies, QBP1 is shown to preserve β‐cell viability and metabolic homeostasis, positioning it as a ...

Tensor-Based Match Pursuit Algorithm for MIMO Radar Imaging [PDF]

open access: yesRadioengineering, 2018
In MIMO radar, existing sparse imaging algorithms commonly vectorize the receiving data, which will destroy the multi-dimension structure of signal and cause the algorithm performance decline.

AutomataGPT: Transformer‐Based Forecasting and Ruleset Inference for Two‐Dimensional Cellular Automata

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We introduce AutomataGPT, a generative pretrained transformer (GPT) trained on synthetic spatiotemporal data from 2D cellular automata to learn symbolic rules. Demonstrating strong performance on both forward and inverse tasks, AutomataGPT establishes a scalable, domain‐agnostic framework for interpretable modeling, paving the way for future ...

Recovery of High-Dimensional Sparse Signals via -Minimization

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2013
We consider the recovery of high-dimensional sparse signals via -minimization under mutual incoherence condition, which is shown to be sufficient for sparse signals recovery in the noiseless and noise cases.

Gemella morbillorum Promotes Colorectal Carcinogenesis: LPBDCP‐Mediated Invasion Activates Ras Signaling and Destabilizes p53

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Gut microbiota dysbiosis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) tumorigenesis. A global fecal metagenomic analysis identified Gemella morbillorum as a key contributor to the CRC‐associated microbiota. Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed that Gemella morbillorum is enriched in CRC tumor tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues.

Clutter Suppression Technology Based Space-time Adaptive ANM-ADMM-Net for Bistatic SAR

open access: yesLeida xuebao
Bistatic Synthetic Aperture Radar (BiSAR) needs to suppress ground background clutter when detecting and imaging ground moving targets. However, due to the spatial configuration of BiSAR, the clutter poses a serious space-time nonstationary problem ...

Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum for Image Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum (SHWB), a rotation‐ and translation‐invariant descriptor that captures higher‐order (phase) correlations in signals, is introduced. Combining wavelet scattering, bispectral analysis, and group theory, SHWB achieves interpretable, data‐efficient representations and demonstrates competitive performance across texture,
