Pairwise Error Probability Performance of SM-MIMO and Spatially Modulated Cooperative Communication Employing SDF Protocol

open access: yesInternational Journal of Engineering and Advanced Technology, 2019
In this paper, we analyze the performance of spatially modulated (SM) multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system and spatially modulated MIMO cooperative system with multiple relays employing selective decode and forward (SDF) protocol. Here the analysis is done for pre-determined orthogonal channel for SM MIMO and SM MIMO cooperative system using M ...

QSM-IDM – A novel quadrature spatial modulation based on interleaving division multiplexing for multiple antenna system

open access: yesDigital Communications and Networks, 2019
Quadrature Spatial Modulation (QSM) is a high spectral efficiency Multiple-Input Multiple Output (MIMO) technique used to improve the spectral efficiency of wireless communication systems. The main concept of QSM is to extend the spatial constellation of

Detect-and-forward relaying aided cooperative spatial modulation for wireless networks

open access: yes, 2013
A novel detect-and-forward (DeF) relaying aided cooperative SM scheme is proposed, which is capable of striking a flexible tradeoff in terms of the achievable bit error ratio (BER), complexity and unequal error protection (UEP).

Complex Hadamard Matrix-Aided Generalized Space Shift Keying Modulation

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2017
In this paper, we present a complex Hadamard matrix-aided generalized space shift keying (HSSK) modulation scheme, which introduces complex-Hadamard-based signal vectors at the transmitter to provide higher spectrum efficiency than generalized space ...

An Effective Spatial Modulation Based Scheme for Indoor VLC Systems

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2022
We propose an enhanced spatial modulation (SM)-based scheme for indoor visible light communication systems. This scheme enhances the achievable throughput of conventional SM schemes by transmitting higher order complex modulation symbol, which is ...

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.
