Dual‐Wavelength Vat Photopolymerization With Dissolvable, Recyclable Support Structures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Selective solubility vat photopolymerization (SSVP) uses a single resin to produce dissolvable thermoplastics and insoluble thermosets in a single 3D print. Wavelength‐selective curing and thermal post‐processing provide 3D spatial control over dissolution kinetics, enabling dissolvable support structures and programmable dissolution profiles.

Stereotyped Subclones Revealed by High‐Density Single‐Cell Lineage Tracing Support Robust Development

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Based on a well‐established in vitro directed differentiation model and an integrated analysis of high‐density cell lineage trees (CLTs) and single‐cell transcriptomes, it is demonstrated that many subclones are formed by sub‐CLTs resembling each other in terms of both cell type compositions and topological structures.

Real‐Time Evolutionary Landscape of the Bronchial Epithelium and Corresponding Dynamic Immune Cell Alterations in Lung Squamous Cell Carcinogenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC) is often preceded by sequential premalignant lesions with an increasing probability of malignant progression. Using single‐cell RNA sequencing, the dynamic cellular evolution from normal lung to LUSC tissues is delineated; clonal structure of premalignant and malignant epithelium is reveled; the conversion of immune ...

4D Specialty Approximation: Ability to Distinguish between Related Specialties [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the 21st International Conference on Science and Technology Indicators, Valencia, Spain, 14-16 September 2016, Ismael Rafols, Jordi Molas-Gallart, Elena Castro-Martinez, Richard Woolley (Eds.), 1518-1520, 2016
Publication and citation patterns can vary significantly between related disciplines or more narrow specialties, even when sharing journals. Journal-based structures are therefore not accurate enough to approximate certain specialties, neither subject categories in global citation indices, nor cell sub-structures (Rons, 2012). This paper presents first
