Modeling the blood–brain tumor barrier is challenging due to complex interactions between brain microvasculature and glioma cells. We present two‐photon polymerized 3D micro‐porous capillary‐like structures that support endothelial alignment, cytoskeletal organization, and pericyte‐endothelial‐glioma tri‐cultures.

Modeling and Improving Geometric Accuracy in Projection Multiphoton Lithography
A numerical framework describing the optical and photochemical processes is developed to elucidate the origins of geometric deviations in projection multiphoton lithography. The results indicate that oxygen diffusion and inhibition, and DMD diffraction, lead to geometric distortions.

Smart REASSURED Sensors via Machine‐Augmented Printable On‐Paper Arrays
This perspective highlights the emerging role of pattern‐recognition, printable on‐paper sensor arrays for intelligent PoC diagnostics. It discusses how paper's inherent limitations can be overcome through surface modification and scalable printing, and how machine‐learning analysis of cross‐reactive arrays enables multiplexed, low‐cost, and REASSURED ...

Acute brain injuries are characterized by extensive tissue damage, resulting in debilitating deficits in patients. Despite considerable progress, cell‐based approaches have yet to identify an ideal candidate. This long‐term study explores the use of an untested cell source – human enteric glia – and a non‐invasive administration route – intranasal ...

Evolutionary History and Taxonomy of the \u3cem\u3eCuscuta umbellata\u3c/em\u3e complex (Convolvulaceae): Evidence of Extensive Hybridization from Discordant Nuclear and Plastid Phylogenies [PDF]
The Cuscuta umbellata complex is one of the 15 major clades recently circumscribed in C. subg. Grammica. Most of its members occur in North AMerican and the Caribbean (C. desmouliniana, C. lacerata, C. lacerata, C. leptantha, C.
