A Self‐Cleaning Solar Evaporator Based on MXene/Aramid Nanofiber Aerogels for Efficient Water Desalination

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
This study develops a self‐cleaning solar evaporator based on MXene‐coated aramid nanofiber aerogels for efficient desalination under high‐salinity conditions. The cylindrical evaporator combines strong photothermal conversion, capillary water transport, and self‐rotation triggered by salt accumulation.

Increase in Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Of Mobile Phone - A Threat to Human

open access: yesInternational Research Journal of Electronics and Computer Engineering, 2016
Drastic increase of mobile phone usage increases the concern about the effect of electromagnetic radiation on human brain. During the last decade, several researches were conducted in this area and reported the effect of radiation on brain. Unfortunately most of these findings cannot be reproduced.

On the specific absorption rate of hyperthermia fluids

open access: yes, 2013
peer reviewedThe specific absorption rate (SAR) concept of hyperthermia ferrofluids is discussed. It is first suggested that SAR can be characterized at the steady state condition, taking into account the heating flow mechanism from the ferrofluid to ...

Flexible Pressure Sensor With Co‐Optimized Sensitivity and Linearity Based on Gradient Toroidal Microstructures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor with gradient toroidal CNT/PDMS microstructures is reported. The hierarchical geometry enables sequential electrode contact, achieving a sensitivity of 256.20 kPa−1 and linear response (R2 = 0.99) over 0–1000 kPa.

Nonlocomotory Robotic Strategies for Dynamic Rotation Control in Terrestrial Robots: A Review

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Terrestrial robots increasingly require rapid body rotation to maintain stability and agility in complex environments. This review shows nonlocomotory rotational control strategies that operate without ground contact, including reaction wheels, tails, bars, limbs, and thrusters.

ROS Self‐Supply Nanoplatform Based on Fenton Catalyst for Chemodynamic and Immunotherapy: Reprogramming Cold Tumor Into Hot Tumor in Cancer Treatment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multifunctional HA‐conjugated nanoplatform (HA‐PGMC) integrates CuO2, glucose oxidase, and mil‐100 to enable cascade catalytic ROS generation in tumor microenvironments. This self‐supplying ROS strategy induces immunogenic cell death, reprograms “cold” tumors into “hot” ones, and synergizes with PD‐L1 blockade, achieving potent chemodynamic ...

Biofilm‐Binding Phages Enhance Biofilm Eradication by Synergistic Photothermal and Photodynamic Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Engineered phage‐based trifunctional nanofibers are developed for synergistic biofilm eradication. Biofilm‐binding phages, armed with AuNPs and TCPP, serve as both warheads and scaffolds, endowing the phototherapy agents with biofilm‐anchoring ability. Upon light irradiation, AuNPs induce photothermal therapy, while TCPP generates 1O2 for photodynamic ...
