We present robust protocols for the preparation of supported lipid bilayers (SLBs) incorporating either Salmonella smooth LPS or outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). We use a combination of quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D) and fluorescence microscopy to both characterize the SLBs of various compositions and to probe their interactions ...

Survey of Cross-scenario Specific Emitter Identification Technology
Specific Emitter Identification (SEI) relies on subtle differences in the radio frequency fingerprints of device-emitted signals to determine the emitter identity attributes.

Reconstructing enzyme evolution by protein engineering
Natural enzyme evolution can be retraced by protein engineering methods such as directed evolution, rational design, and ancestral sequence reconstruction. These approaches reveal how enzymes emerged from ligand‐binding scaffolds, developed varying substrate preferences, formed oligomeric complexes, adapted to environmental changes, and evolved novel ...

1D-CNN-Transformer for Radar Emitter Identification and Implemented on FPGA
Deep learning has brought great development to radar emitter identification technology. In addition, specific emitter identification (SEI), as a branch of radar emitter identification, has also benefited from it.

Identification of OFDM-Based Radios Under Rayleigh Fading Using RF-DNA and Deep Learning
The Internet of Things (IoT) is here and has permeated every aspect of our lives. A disturbing fact is that the majority of all IoT devices employ weak or no encryption at all. This coupled with recent advances within the areas of computational power and

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

A Real-World Dataset Generator for Specific Emitter Identification
Generating high-quality, real-world, well-labeled datasets for radio frequency machine learning (RFML) applications often proves prohibitively cumbersome and expensive, leading to the low availability of high-fidelity, low-cost datasets. Specific emitter

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.
