This article introduces the Brim model, an interpretable multimodal fusion framework that integrates histopathology, genomics, and transcriptomics to enhance cancer prognosis prediction. Addressing real‐world data limitations, the model enables precise predictions even with incomplete molecular data.

Extracellular matrix (ECM) viscoelasticity and spatial confinement regulate cellular processes such as cancer progression, yet their interplay remains poorly understood. By developing fibronectin (FN)‐micropatterned viscoelastic hydrogels mimicking breast cancer mechanics, this study explores breast epithelial cell mechanoresponse to ECM ...

USP42 is identified as a novel DUB of PPARγ in hepatocytes. USP42 mediated PPARγ deubiquitylation determines its transcriptional preference on proliferative and redox balance genes. USP42 knockdown exacerbates liver damage and delays regeneration. FGF2 is the upstream signal that initiates and activates the USP42‐PPARγ axis.

A reconfigurable microneedle electrode array integrated system is developed for minimally invasive and transdermal monitoring of subcutaneous electromyography, reactive oxygen species, and pH values. By assembling discrete thumbtack‐shaped microneedles into an array, the system enables multi‐parameter detection with single‐microneedle resolution.

This study explores the structural heterogeneity and evolutionary adaptations of heteromultimeric bacterioferritins. Hetero‐Bfrs, evolved from either a homo‐Bfr or Ftn by gene duplications, differ from homo‐Bfrs substantially in the mechanisms underpinning iron oxidation and reduction despite high similarity in overall structure.
