Concurrent occurrence of a wandering spleen, organoaxial gastric volvulus, pancreatic volvulus, and cholestasis – A rare cause of an acute abdomen

open access: yesRadiology Case Reports, 2019
The concurrence of wandering spleen, organoaxial gastric volvulus, and pancreatic volvulus is very rare. They have been associated with symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, abdominal distention, and vomiting. However, the diagnosis remains complicated

Classification of Bee Pollen and Prediction of Sensory and Colorimetric Attributes—A Sensometric Fusion Approach by e-Nose, e-Tongue and NIR

open access: yesSensors, 2020
The chemical composition of bee pollens differs greatly and depends primarily on the botanical origin of the product. Therefore, it is a crucially important task to discriminate pollens of different plant species.

How can spatial planning and project management help in rebuilding and recovering Ukrainian cities?

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Spatial Development
The Russia-Ukraine war has devastated cities and infrastructure, creating unprecedented challenges for recovery and rebuilding. While enemy missiles are flying on Ukrainian cities, this article explores how spatial planning and project management can ...

On the separation of spectra [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1953
is of the "limit point" type for both t = oo and t = oo. Then (1) determines a boundary value problem in the Hilbert space L2( 00 oo ); that is, L(z) = (pz')' -qz is a self-adjoint operator defined on the set of functions z(t) for which z, pz' are absolutely continuous; and z, L(z) are of class L2( 00 oo).

Models of G–spectra as presheaves of spectra

open access: yesAlgebraic & Geometric Topology
Let G be a finite group. We give Quillen equivalent models for the category of G-spectra as categories of spectrally enriched functors from explicitly described domain categories to nonequivariant spectra. Our preferred model is based on equivariant infinite loop space theory applied to elementary categorical data.

Development of a conceptual model for an information management system in spatial planning projects. Case study of making-city project

open access: yesHeliyon
Efficient information management is pivotal for the effective execution of spatial planning projects, yet many encounter hurdles stemming from disjointed information systems and processes.

Genomic Diversity and Clinical Variability in Pediatric Primary Cutaneous Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma: A Case Series

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (pcALCL) is a rare pediatric CD30‐positive T‐cell lymphoproliferative disorder with an excellent prognosis, but its genomic drivers are poorly defined. We report three children with skin‐limited disease demonstrating striking molecular heterogeneity, including NPM::ALK, NUP214::FRK, and a novel ...
