Space-time spectral methods for PDEs on irregular domains
Spectral methods are used to solve partial differential equations numerically. When the solution is analytic, the rate of convergence of the numerical solution is exponential; that is, the error decays exponentially.

Preconditioned Chebyshev collocation for non-Newtonian fluid flows
A Chebyshev collocation method is applied to non-Newtonian fluid flows. The collocation equations are preconditioned by finite elements with a domain decomposition for curvy geometries.

Numerical treatments of nonlinear Burgers–Fisher equation via a combined approximation technique
A combined spectral matrix collocation strategy is presented to solve the time-dependent nonlinear Burgers–Fisher equation pertaining to various important physical mechanisms such as advection, diffusion, and logistic reaction.

We present a numerical method for a class of boundary value problems on the unit interval which feature a type of power-law nonlinearity. In order to numerically solve this type of nonlinear boundary value problems, we construct a kind of spectral ...

Collocation spectral methods in the solution of poisson equation
The Poisson equation is a very important partial differential equation for many branches of science and engineering. A fast, robust and accurate Poisson equation solver can find immediate applications in many fields such as electrical engineering ...

ABSTRACT The role of diet in individual and planetary health is increasingly scrutinised as consumers are encouraged to make food choices that balance health and sustainability, particularly with beef. While prior research has considered reduction from the perspective of alternate product acceptance, the social context of beef is less understood. Media

Abstract Race and language collaborate in structuring educational inequities, creating urgency for teacher education to equip all teachers to equitably serve racialized multilinguals as antiracist language educators. Emphasizing the inseparability of racial and linguistic justice, this article examines teacher candidates' (TCs') learning journeys ...
