ABSTRACT Objective Isolated rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) is a prodromal state for Lewy body disorders and exhibits biological heterogeneity that may influence clinical expression and progression. We examined clinical features in individuals with iRBD and biomarker‐defined synucleinopathy.

Movement Disorders in Aicardi–Goutières Syndrome and Response to Immunomodulation
ABSTRACT This study characterizes movement disorders and treatment responses in seven children with Aicardi–Goutières syndrome (AGS). We retrospectively evaluated motor phenotypes, neuroimaging, and interferon signatures in patients treated with baricitinib or anifrolumab. Spasticity affected all patients, while dystonia was present in 4/7.

Comparative Effectiveness and Safety of Inebilizumab Versus Rituximab in AQP4‐IgG‐Positive NMOSD
ABSTRACT Objective Rituximab (anti‐CD20, RTX) and inebilizumab (anti‐CD19, INE) represent B‐cell‐depleting therapies used for aquaporin‐4 antibody‐positive (AQP4‐IgG+) neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD); however, direct comparative evidence remains limited.

Balanced Spectral Feature Selection
IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, 2023In many real-world unsupervised learning applications, given data with balanced distribution, that is, there are an approximately equal number of instances in each class, we often need to construct a model to reveal such balance. However, in many data, especially the high-dimensional ones, the data in the original feature space often do not present ...

Spectral features: an overview [PDF]
This article will give an overview of all effects that determine the spectral features amplitude (SFA). The origin of spectral features is explained and methods are indicated that can be used to minimize the SFA. Spectral features are observed in the ratio between two spectra of sun calibration measurements.

Proceedings. 2005 IEEE International Joint Conference on Neural Networks, 2005., 2006
We have seen a surge of interest in spectral-based methods and kernel-based methods for machine learning and data mining. Despite the significant research, these methods remain only loosely related. In this paper, we give theoretically an explicit relation between spectral clustering and weighted kernel principal component analysis (WKPCA).

Scene Categorization with Spectral Features
2017 IEEE International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV), 2017Spectral signatures of natural scenes were earlier found to be distinctive for different scene types with varying spatial envelope properties such as openness, naturalness, ruggedness, and symmetry. Recently, such handcrafted features have been outclassed by deep learning based representations.

Spectral features of EEG in depression
Biomedizinische Technik/Biomedical Engineering, 2010The aim of this study was to find distinctions of the EEG signal in female depression. Experiments were carried out on two groups of 18 female volunteers each: a group of patients with depressive disorder who were not on medication and a group of control subjects. Patients who had Hamilton depression rating scores higher than 14 were selected.
