Improved measurement of the spectral index of the diffuse radio background between 90 and 190 MHz [PDF]
We report absolutely calibrated measurements of diffuse radio emission between 90 and 190 MHz from the Experiment to Detect the Global EoR Signature (EDGES).

Research on Monitoring Nitrogen Content of Soybean Based on Hyperspectral Imagery
In order to analyze the relationship between hyperspectral image and soybean canopy nitrogen content in the field, and to establish a prediction model for soybean canopy nitrogen content with few parameters and a simple structure, hyperspectral image ...

Spectral flow and resonance index [PDF]
It has been shown recently that spectral flow admits a natural integer-valued extension to essential spectrum. This extension admits four different interpretations; two of them are singular spectral shift function and total resonance index. In this work we study resonance index outside essential spectrum.

Estimation of Soil Organic Matter Based on Spectral Indices Combined with Water Removal Algorithm
Soil moisture strongly interferes with the spectra of soil organic matter (SOM) in the near-infrared region, which reduces the correlation between organic matter and spectra and decreases accuracy in the prediction of SOM.

The Radio Spectral Index of 3C58 [PDF]
We report on 74 MHz and 330 MHz VLA observations of the plerionic supernova remnant 3C58. The radio spectral index, α, is uniform across the remnant to within 0.18, indicating a single source for the accelerated electrons. We find no emission from any shell surrounding the remnant.
