Wafer‐scale two‐dimensioanl In2Se3 oxidized into InOx on sodium‐embedded beta‐alumina enables multifunctional reconfigurable electronics. Sodium ions accumulate within distinct spatial distribution under drain‐controlle and gate‐controlled operation. Drain‐control operation gives controllability of ultraviolet‐driven optoelectronic synaptic conductance

The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.

Special Cases for Numerical Radius and Spectral Radius Inequalities
In this paper, the aim of this study is to find special cases of some inequalities for numerical radius and spectral radius of a bounded linear operator on a Hilbert space, Finally, some new results about this subject are obtained.

Computing the joint spectral radius
This paper presents algorithms for finding an arbitrarily small interval that contains the joint spectral radius of a finite set of matrices. It also presents a numerical criterion for verifying in certain cases that the joint spectral radius is the ...

Upper bounds for the spectral radius of matrices having the Perron–Frobenius property
A new upper bound for the spectral radius of matrices having the Perron–Frobenius property is given by considering the position of positive entries. Some examples involving the largest zero of polynomials and the spectral radius of the iterative matrix ...

Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Overall coefficients are 10X larger for films prepared with metal nitride electrodes compared to refractory metals. New insights

This work presents a dual‐function interface engineering strategy using PEACl to suppress the formation of the non‐perovskite δ‐FAPbI3 phase at the critical SnO2 buried interface. This approach enables the direct crystallization of the photoactive α‐phase, yielding highly efficient and stable rigid (25.6%) and flexible perovskite solar cells with ...

Co-spectral radius for countable equivalence relations
We define the co-spectral radius of inclusions S≤R of discrete, probability- measure-preserving equivalence relations as the sampling exponent of a generating random walk on the ambient relation. The co-spectral radius is analogous to the spectral radius

Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) accounts for over 50% of the global cathode market, underscoring the need for efficient recycling and regeneration. We propose a dual‐salt carbothermal shock (CTS) strategy using LiI and NaI to in situ repair Li vacancies.
