Spectrophotometric investigation of the Fe(III)–disulphonated hydroquinone complex [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2005
Iron(III) form an indigo-blue complex with the disulphonated product of hydroquinone (K2S2Hy) in acid media with an absorption maxima at 600 nm.

Simultaneous Wastewater‐to‐Hydrogen Upgrading via Mechanically Driven Piezocatalysis Over Ag‐ZnO Nanorods

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A piezocatalytic strategy enables simultaneous wastewater purification and hydrogen generation by harnessing mechanical energy. Complementary piezo‐induced charges are selectively directed toward oxidation and reduction pathways, achieving efficient pollutant degradation and continuous H2 evolution.

AKTIVITAS URIKASE YANG DIHASILKAN DARI BERBAGAI SEL LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM DAN PARAMETER KINETIKANYA

open access: yesJurnal Ilmu Pertanian Indonesia, 2009
Uric acid concentration could be determined by spectrophotometry method. Uric acid was oxidized into allatonin in the presence of uricase and calculated by measuring the decrease of uric acid absorbance at 293 nm.

Determination of Silica in Geological Samples by Silicon-Molybdenum Blue Spectrophotometry Using High-pressure Acid Digestion

open access: yesYankuang ceshi, 2019
BACKGROUND Polymerized silicic acid cannot be quantitatively complexed with molybdate in geological sample, therefore the silicon is determined by silicon-molybdenum blue colorimetric spectrophotometry.

NET‐DNA Activates the ANXA2/TMEM215/BiP Axis to Promote Mitophagy‐Mediated Anoikis Resistance in Endometriosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
NET‐DNA is enriched during early endometriotic lesion establishment and drives anoikis resistance by promoting an ANXA2–TMEM215–BiP axis. This pathway strengthens ER–mitochondria contacts, enhances PINK1/Parkin‐associated mitophagy, preserves mitochondrial homeostasis, and supports ectopic stromal cell survival, thereby facilitating lesion persistence ...

Thermal Lens Spectrophotometry

open access: yesThe Review of Laser Engineering, 1982
Abstract A thermal lens effect induced under laser irradiation is useful for the detection of very small absorptions. This forms the basis of a new technique which is becoming increasingly important as a tool for ultratrace analysis.

Aptamer‐Directed Porous DNA Nanocomposite Hydrogel for Active Pulp Preservation: Immunomodulation, Stem Cell Recruitment and Reparative Dentinogenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents an injectable DNA‐based porous hydrogel integrating catechol motifs and targeting aptamers for pulpitis management. Upon in situ crosslinking, the scaffold actively recruits endogenous dental pulp stem cells, restores redox homeostasis, and modulates immune responses.

Incorporation of cholesterol in sphingomyelin- phosphatidylcholine vesicles has profound effects on detergent-induced phase transitions

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 2002
Vesicle ↔ micelle transitions are important phenomena during bile formation and intestinal lipid processing. The hepatocyte canalicular membrane outer leaflet contains appreciable amounts of phosphatidylcholine (PC) and sphingomyelin (SM), and both ...

A Virus‐Inducible E3–RLCK–MADS Module Coordinates Suppression of Plant Immunity and Fertility in Rice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Viruses often hijack host developmental programs to promote infection, but the mechanistic links between reproductive regulation and antiviral immunity remain incompletely understood. Here, we identify a virus‐triggered hierarchical degradation cascade that links antiviral immunity and fertility regulation in rice. We show that the rice grassy

ZDHHC18‐Mediated Palmitoylation of ORF3a Promotes SARS‐CoV‐2 Pathogenesis by Antagonizing TRIM16‐Mediated Ubiquitination and Proteasomal Degradation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Palmitoylation by ZDHHC18 blocks ORF3a K27‐linked ubiquitination mediated by TRIM16, thereby preventing its proteasomal degradation and strengthening viral pathogenesis. Targeting palmitoylation through a pharmacological inhibitor (2‐BP), a competitive inhibitory peptide (OPIP), or adenovirus‐mediated knockdown of ZDHHC18 expression presents a ...
