Spectroscopic and laser characteristics of Er,Cr:YSGG

IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics, 1988
The spectroscopic and laser properties of crystal Er,Cr:YSGG are discussed and it is shown that excitation is efficiently transferred from chromium to erbium. Laser operations at 2796 nm are achieved with much lower thresholds than in other erbium-doped crystals. >

Electrochemical and spectroscopic characteristics of dimethyl terephthalate

Journal of Materials Chemistry, 2004
Electrochemical and spectroscopic measurements with CV, chronoamperometry and in situ spectrometry were carried out for dimethyl terephthalate, which showed vivid color change upon electrochemical stimulation, to clarify its electrochromic characteristics.

The role of intensities in determining characteristics of spectroscopic networks

Journal of Molecular Structure, 2012
Abstract Spectroscopic networks (SNs) are large, finite, weighted, undirected, rooted graphs, where the vertices are discrete energy levels, the edges are transitions, and the weights are transition intensities. While first-principles SNs are “deterministic” by definition, if a realistic transition intensity cut-off is employed during the ...

Spectroscopic characteristics of relaxing systems

Physics Letters A, 1981
Abstract The motion of a relaxing system can be revealed by its optical properties. the computed emission spectrum of an excited solid-state impurity in a crystal, which relaxes towards the equilibrium position, exhibits a series of peaks revealing the stops at the classical turning points. Detection limits are discussed.

Structural and spectroscopic characteristics of synthetic hydrohaematite

Journal of Materials Science, 1985
In order to investigate the identity of water-containing haematite, a method of preparation has been elaborated which leads to samples of hydrohaematite which are “structurally pure” and free of amorphous iron hydroxide. Differential thermal analysis by a lack of endothermic effect at 423 to 473 K on the DTA-curves and by a steady fall of the TG curves
