The E3 ubiquitin ligase, RNF219, suppresses CNOT6L expression to exhibit antiproliferative activity

We identified RNF219 as a CCR4‐NOT complex‐interacting E3 ubiquitin ligase that targets the CCR4‐NOT subunit CNOT6L for ubiquitination. RNF219 directly binds to the DUF3819 domain of CNOT1 through its putative α‐helix spanning amino acids 521–542. Summary In this contribution, we propose a detailed study of interpolation‐based data‐driven methods that are of relevance in the model reduction and also in the systems and control communities. The data are given by samples of the transfer function of the underlying (unknown) model, that is, we analyze frequency‐response data.

NMR screening of low molecular weight inhibitors targeting the papain‐like protease (PLPro) of SARS‐CoV‐2

Papain‐like protease from SARS‐CoV‐2 plays an important role in the cleavage of the viral polyproteins and in the suppression of the host's immune response. Here, we present the results of an NMR screening study. We identified 86 binding compounds, of which five candidates were chosen for in‐depth analysis.
