SINGULAR SPECTRUM ANALYSIS AND ADAPTIVE FILTERING ENHANCE THE FUNCTIONAL CONNECTIVITY ANALYSIS OF RESTING STATE fMRI DATA

International Journal of Neural Systems, 2014
Sources of noise in resting-state fMRI experiments include instrumental and physiological noises, which need to be filtered before a functional connectivity analysis of brain regions is performed. These noisy components show autocorrelated and nonstationary properties that limit the efficacy of standard techniques (i.e.

Analysis of the Photodetector Array Spectrum Using the Influence Function

Russian Microelectronics, 2001
The conversion of an optical image to a carrier flow in the semiconductor substrate of a photodetector array is accomplished using the Green function method. Asymptotic solutions for large and small arguments are analyzed. Among them are intermediate asymptotic self-similar solutions that are suitable for the transition to the spectral range.

Functional gradient characteristics analysis of preschool-aged children with autism spectrum disorder

Cerebral Cortex
Abstract Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental condition marked by social and behavioral impairments, emerging in early childhood with unclear causes. The primary aim of this study is to investigate shifts in the functional gradients underlying hierarchical brain network organization in ASD and to assess their potential ...

[HJ1A/HSI radiometric calibration and spectrum response function sensitivity analysis].

Guang pu xue yu guang pu fen xi = Guang pu, 2015
Hyper spectrum imager (HSI) loaded on HJ-1A satellite is Chinese first spaceborne hyperspectrum sensor. Since the HSI has no spectrum response function of all channels, the usually used calibration method-reflectance based method has been modified, and a new calibration method is proposed, in which the spectrum response function is neglected.

Modulation transfer function analysis for a digitally spectrum-controllable light source

SPIE Proceedings, 2015
Owing to the ability of generating designated spectrums as special requirements, spectrum-controllable light source has attracted huge interesting in several fields, e.g. medical science, industrial detection, defense-related testing. In principle, optical performance of a spectrum-controllable light source can be predicted by some transfer functions ...

Energy spectrum of some diatomic molecules using Nikiforov-Uvarov functional analysis

Physica Scripta
Abstract In this present work, the Nikiforov-Uvarov functional analysis is suggested to determine the solutions of the Schrodinger equation supported by different types of potentials and employing the Greene-Aldrich approximation. The objective was to estimate the energy spectrum of some diatomic molecules (CO, NO, N2, CH) by resolving ...
