Carcinosarcoma of the Spermatic Cord
Urologia Internationalis, 2010The first case of carcinosarcoma in the spermatic cord is reported in a 40-year-old man. The tumor was a 2.5 × 2 cm pseudoencapsulated formation located in the connective tissue of the spermatic cord among the blood vessels. Light microscopy examination of the neoplasm revealed two different histological patterns: epithelial and sarcomatous.

Rhabdomyosarcoma of spermatic cord
Urology, 1977A case of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the spermatic cord is presented and literature reviewed. The spread of this disease to the retroperitoneal lymph nodes and the improved results with retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy and radical orchiectomy are stressed.

Liposarcoma of the Spermatic Cord
Urologia Internationalis, 2001A 64-year-old male presented with a 4-year history of a mass in the left scrotum. Radical orchiectomy was performed. Pathological analysis demonstrated a well-differentiated liposarcoma. No evidence of recurrence or metastasis has been noted during the 3-month follow-up without any postoperative adjuvant therapy.

Rhabdomyosarcoma of the Spermatic Cord
Pediatrics, 1969There have been 24 previous cases reported of rhabdomyosarcoma of the spermatic cord. Two thirds of these cases were in children under 18 years of age. The presence of transillumination, such as in our patient, does not rule out the existence of a solid tumor.
