Spermatic Cord Liposarcoma Associated with Prostate Cancer

We report on a case of liposarcoma of the spermatic cord treated with radical orchidectomy and wide excision of the tumour without adjuvant treatment. After 16 years of follow up, neither local nor distant recurrences were detected.
