Review of expansion microscopy combined with advanced imaging modalities
Abstract Expansion microscopy (ExM) is a powerful high‐resolution imaging technique that enhances the spatial resolution of conventional light microscopy by physically enlarging biological specimens by embedding and cross‐linking them in a swellable polymer network.

Efek amfetamin terhadap ultrastruktur sel spermatogenetik tikus
The research was conducted to evaluate the effect of amphetamine as pshycostimulan drug on ultrastructure spermatogenic cells of male rats (Rattus norvegicus L.). Ultrastructure spermatogenic cells described from six male rats of Wistar strain. They were

Subchronic Exposure to Aripiprazole Subtly Impacts on Rodents' Sperm Quality and Fertility
ABSTRACT Aripiprazole, a third‐generation antidepressant/antipsychotic drug, acts on serotonergic and dopaminergic receptors and is widely prescribed for mental disorders, such as depression and schizophrenia. Studies indicate that this class of drugs can impact directly on sperm quality and fertility.

This study investigates the protective role of salubrinal against heat‐induced endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress in mouse spermatogenic cells (GC1 and GC2). By modulating the ER stress pathway, salubrinal alleviates cellular stress and supports spermatogenic cell survival, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic candidate for heat‐related infertility.

Bisphenol B Exposure Induces Miscarriage by Suppressing Migration/Invasion and Migrasome Formation
BPB (Bisphenol B) exposure up‐regulates ER (estrogen receptor) levels, enhances its interactions with the lnc‐HZ04 promoter region, and thus promotes ER‐mediated lnc‐HZ04 transcription. Subsequently, lnc‐HZ04 suppresses TCF4 (transcription factor 4)‐mediated PKCA (protein kinase C alpha) transcription and subsequently suppresses migration/invasion and ...
