一例麦哲伦企鹅淀粉样变性的诊断及病理分析

上海市动物疫病预防控制中心接诊1例麦哲伦企鹅（Spheniscus magellanicus）病例，其死亡前出现食欲不振、呕吐和精神沉郁等临床症状。尸体剖检可见心包积液，肝脏呈土黄色，腺胃出血，肠道萎缩无内容物。实验室细菌培养结果为阴性，组织病理学观察显示该患病企鹅的肾脏、肝脏、脾脏和心脏等均出现淀粉样物质沉积，刚果红染色呈阳性，确诊为组织器官多发性淀粉样变性。目前，国内尚未有企鹅淀粉样变性的相关报道，本研究可为我国兽医临床诊治该类疾病提供参考。
