In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Collective excitations in the inner crust of neutron stars : supergiant resonances
We investigate the nuclear collective excitations of Wigner-Seitz cells containing nuclear clusters immersed in a gas of neutrons. This baryonic non-uniform system is specific to the structure of inner crust matter of neutron stars.

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

Tomography of Collisionless Stellar Systems
In this paper the concept of tomography of a collisionless stellar system of general shape is introduced, and a generalization of the Projected Virial Theorem is obtained. Applying the tomographic procedure we then derive a new family of virial equations

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

In this exploratory study, we investigated the relationship between the gut microbiota and outcome in patients with metastatic hormone receptor‐positive breast cancer, treated in a randomized clinical trial with chemotherapy alone or chemotherapy in combination with immune checkpoint blockade.

Spherical Gravity Forwarding of Global Discrete Grid Cells by Isoparametric Transformation
For regional or even global geophysical problems, the curvature of the geophysical model cannot be approximated as a plane, and its curvature must be considered.

Orthogonal Simplex Chebyshev-Laguerre Cubature Kalman Filter Applied in Nonlinear Estimation Systems
To further improve the filtering accuracy in nonlinear estimation systems, a nonlinear filter, called the orthogonal simplex Chebyshev-Laguerre cubature Kalman filter (OSCL-CKF), is proposed.
