Holographic-(V)AE: An end-to-end SO(3)-equivariant (variational) autoencoder in Fourier space
Group-equivariant neural networks have emerged as an efficient approach to model complex data, using generalized convolutions that respect the relevant symmetries of a system.

Unitary spherical representations of Drinfeld doubles [PDF]
Abstract We study irreducible spherical unitary representations of the Drinfeld double of the q-deformation of a connected simply connected compact Lie group, which can be considered as a quantum analogue of the complexification of the Lie group. In the case of

3D model representation using spherical harmonics
The authors introduce a method for decomposing a 3D model into spherical harmonic functions for later reconstruction. It is shown that spherical harmonic representations of models are efficient as the amount of data is reduced significantly. This method can be incorporated within model based coding (MBC) applications resulting in a performance increase.

On a method for constructing the Green function of the Dirichlet problem for the Laplace equation
The study of boundary value problems for elliptic equations is of both theoretical and applied interest. A thorough study of model physical and spectral problems requires an explicit and effective representation of the problem solution.

Nonabelian Fourier transforms for spherical representations [PDF]
Braverman and Kahzdan have introduced an influential conjecture on local functional equations for general Langlands $L$-functions. It is related to L. Lafforgue's equally influential conjectural construction of kernels for functorial transfers. We formulate and prove a version of Braverman and Kazhdan's conjecture for spherical representations over an ...

Influence of $$f\,(R)$$ f(R) models on the existence of anisotropic self-gravitating systems
This paper aims to explore some realistic configurations of anisotropic spherical structures in the background of metric f(R) gravity, where R is the Ricci scalar.

IntroductionA challenge when applying an artificial intelligence (AI) deep learning (DL) approach to novel electroencephalography (EEG) data, is the DL architecture's lack of adaptability to changing numbers of EEG channels.

Recently, several biophysical models and signal representations have been proposed for microstructure imaging based on tensor-valued, or multidimensional, diffusion MRI. The acquisition of the necessary data requires non-conventional pulse sequences, and
