Cubic Lattice Rib Shape: Tuning of Poisson's Ratio and Cosserat Characteristic Length
Cubic rib lattices are studied in the context of effects of rib cross‐section shape on Poisson's ratio and on Cosserat characteristic length. It is possible to control Poisson's ratio over a wide range via appropriate rib cross‐section shape. Both Cosserat characteristic lengths can be made much larger than the cell size for torsion dominated rib ...

Ru‐Doped Fe₂TiO₅ as a High‐Performance Electrocatalyst for Urea‐Assisted Water Splitting
Ru doping in Fe₂TiO₅ enhances urea oxidation reaction (UOR) kinetics by inducing structural distortion and creating favorable adsorption sites. The optimized 2−xRuxTiO5 exhibits superior performance with a lower onset potential and robust durability, demonstrating its potential as an efficient electrocatalyst beyond traditional photocatalytic ...

Additive Manufacturing of Lignocellulosic Aerogels from Minimally Processed Waste Streams
Lignocellulosic pastes derived from minimally processed wood waste are explored for 3D printing. These pastes demonstrate high printability and structural retention after freeze–drying. The resulting aerogels are lightweight, porous, and thermally insulating, with strength comparable to cork.

Untangling the Mechanisms in Magneto‐Electrocatalytic Oxygen Evolution
Magnetic fields can enhance the oxygen evolution reaction in electrocatalytic water‐splitting for green‐H2. Yet, commercialization cannot be realized until the underlying magneto‐electric mechanisms are understood. This work uses reactor orientation to untangle these mechanisms. Lorentz force is shown to control metallic plates, while spin‐polarization
